Since 2017 (before metaverse was a popular word) we own the SciArt Lab District in Decentraland, one of the first blockchain-based virtual worlds.
In collaboration with worldwide companies and universities, we have developed projects to explore the potential of virtual reality for Neuroscience Research, Mental Health, Digital Art, Education, and Emergent Economies.

SENSE-GARDEN is an innovative concept for care and well-being in neurocognitive disorders, using an immersive environment supported by digital technology, combining physical and virtual therapy, backed by academic research.

We are part of NFT Communities and projects like Bored Ape Yacht Club and World of Women. We support new collections and creators in the NFT space. We offer collaborations to emerging collectives and artists to extend our narrative and vision. We authorize derivatives over pieces of our NFT Collection for specific projects and non-profit social campaigns. We also organize virtual exhibitions and host new artists in our museums and galleries in the Decentraland Metaverse.
Mutant #9514 is a NFT (Non Fungible Token) acquired by SciArt Lab in 2021, with implicit ownership over the artwork, intellectual property rights and membership to Bored Ape Yacht Club. Since then, it has become an important part of our brand, turning into something like a mascot for our organization with world-wide presence.
You can find our mutant painted in the streets of Florence, exhibited in a coffee shop in Brooklin, displayed in a DJ musical video, acting on a TV show or mentioned in a bestseller author's book. We decided to use the power of this image for pro-bono work. specially to support artists, experimental projects and social causes. We also wanted to use our mutant as an inspiration to create our own visual story.
